Delivery of Purchase and Classes:
Once classes are paid for we do not refund monies, but classes can be transferred within 10 days of purchase. We can only transfer up until 72 hours before a course starts.

It is up to the student to attend the classes booked, missed classes will not be refunded nor sessions transferred to any other parallel or future courses.

We reserve the right to change the course teacher at our sole discretion and without notice.

We reserve the right to change rooms or venues of classes up until 24 hours before, this will only be done under unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to change the date and time of classes/courses up to one week before the start of the class/course, this will only be done under unforseen circumstances.

Event tickets: 
Tickets for all events are non-refundable & non-returnable.
Hen and Group workshops: 50% deposit taken on the day of booking, this is non-refundable, however you can transfer the date of event within 10 days of purchase.

Photographs:
We reserve the right to use all photographs and videos taken in class or at Cheek of It! events for marketing purposes. It is your choice to be included in photographs during class, however, at events we cannot control any media taken or where it will be displayed. We always endeavour to make sure all students are happy with our marketing and promotion materials.

Health and Safety:
You take responsibility for your own physical and mental health and wellbeing. We will not take responsibility for any injuries that occur during classes or any prevailing injuries that reoccur.
We will not accept drunk or rude behaviour, this will be deemed unacceptable, and you will be asked to leave the course/class without a refund.

If your behaviour or attitude is deemed to be harmful, offensive or disruptive to students or staff or you prove a health and safety risk in any way, including to yourself, you will be asked to leave the course/class without a refund.

Privacy:
All of your personal information will be treated with the strictest of confidence, it shall only be used by ourselves.
We will not pass your personal details on to 3rd parties without your consent.
We will not be liable for any damage, including indirect or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of this website and any interactive features.
